Responsible gaming

01Our role

BetLogix supplies technology. We do not operate gambling services, hold player funds, or accept wagers from the public. Every brand running on the platform is operated by a separately licensed company, which is responsible for its own compliance, its licence conditions and its players.

That does not make player protection somebody else’s problem. The controls an operator needs have to exist in the software before they can be used, and building them is our part of the work.

02What the platform provides

The following are built into the product and available to every operator:

• Player limits, set per player and enforced by the platform rather than by convention.
• KYC and verification state on the player record, with the history behind it.
• Risk limits per market, per currency, per agent and per individual player.
• Anti-fraud tooling: multi-account detection, device tracking and security alerts.
• Player segmentation by behaviour and activity, which lets an operator identify patterns that warrant intervention.
• A full audit log, so any change to a player’s limits or status is attributable to the operator who made it.

03Age verification

Gambling is for adults. Operators are responsible for verifying that a player is of legal age in their territory — 18 in most markets, higher in some — and the platform carries the verification state needed to enforce it.

04What operators are responsible for

Holding the appropriate licence in every market they serve; setting and honouring their own responsible-gambling policy; acting on the signals the platform surfaces; and meeting the advertising, self-exclusion and reporting duties their regulator imposes. We supply the controls. Using them is the operator’s obligation, not an option.

05If gambling is causing harm

If you are a player and gambling has stopped being entertainment, help is free and confidential. Contact your operator to set limits or exclude yourself, and speak to one of these services:
