How BetLogix handles personal data collected through this website and through business enquiries.

Zuletzt aktualisiert 30 August 2026

Pending legal review

The substance of this page is drafted, but the company details below are still placeholders and a qualified adviser must approve the final wording before launch.

[LEGAL ENTITY] [REGISTERED ADDRESS] [COMPANY NUMBER] [PRIVACY EMAIL] [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY]

01Who we are

[LEGAL ENTITY] ("BetLogix", "we") is the controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our registered office is [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER].

For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights set out below, write to [PRIVACY EMAIL].

02What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through betlogix.tech and through business enquiries — for example when you request a demo or contact us about the platform.

It does not cover player data. BetLogix supplies technology to licensed operators. Where an operator runs a brand on our platform, that operator is the controller of its players’ data and we act as a processor on its instructions, under a separate data processing agreement. If you are a player of a gambling brand, contact that brand.

03What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, company, email address, and a phone number or messaging handle if you provide one.
  • The content of your enquiry, and our correspondence with you about it.
  • Technical data created when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring page.
  • Cookie data, as described in our cookie policy.

04Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and to discuss whether the platform fits your business — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure against abuse.
  • To measure how the site is used, where analytics are enabled — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply — compliance with a legal obligation.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Our hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the site and its logs.
  • A messaging service used to alert our team that an enquiry has arrived.
  • Professional advisers, where we are required to take advice.
  • Public authorities, where the law requires disclosure.

06International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. You may request details of the safeguards in place by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL].

07How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last exchange, so that we can pick up a conversation you resume. Server logs are kept for a short technical period. Where you become a customer, the relevant records are kept for the life of the contract and for as long as the law requires afterwards.

08Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erase data where we no longer have grounds to keep it;
  • restrict how we process it while a question about it is resolved;
  • object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests;
  • receive data you gave us in a portable format;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

09Complaints

We would rather hear from you first, at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY] or the authority where you live or work.

10Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access control on a need-to-know basis, and logging of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

11Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
